You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and reach across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies to optimize social media channels, increase audience engagement, and drive traffic to the company’s website or online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SMO strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on social media platforms to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media channels for conversations, trends, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of SMO strategies and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on social media analytics and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in social media marketing and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand communication.
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and with digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
