Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities.
- Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- A recent MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business challenges.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not required.
- A passion for learning and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
