Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Design and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
- Monitor and engage with users on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster positive community relationships.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective social media practices.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the strategy.
- Work with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- SEM efforts to improve overall digital marketing performance.
- Leverage social media channels to boost organic search rankings.
- Address negative feedback and social media crises promptly and professionally.
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential issues and maintain brand integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
